President hall

Presidential hall is a separate building in the President Hotel complex that perfectly meets the requirements of international congress and exhibition organizers. It is the best place to host different types of show and presentation. The venue is equipped with professional lighting system, stage, three level hall, bar, cloakroom, place for reception, exhibition area, dressing room, VIP-rooms.

Conference Center

The multifunctional venue is a perfect spot for conference, executive meeting and corporate gathering. Conveniently located on the ground floor with own entrance. Conference Centre offers state-ofthe-art conference equipment, bar, cloakroom and 4 distinct sections. Conference Centre has a space for any type of affair, both for a small private reception or a large gala event.

Sections A B C D Е

There are four standalone premises with sound-absorbing partitions, which can be joined together. The total area of the sections: 193 m2. Section E is a space with the area of 40 m2 for hosting conferences and business meetings for up to 30 guests. Each section features a flip chart and screen.

Pre-function zone

Convenient guest zone for participants of conferences held in the Conference Hall and ABCD sections provided with separate exits and cloakroom. The area can host as many as 250 guests at the same time for a coffee break. When necessary, we can set up a bar for participants of conferences

Odessa & Kharkiv halls

Comfortable spaces with the area of 40 m2 for hosting conferences and business meetings for up to 30 guests. The halls are designed in the business-like style and features a screen, flip chart and multimedia panel.

5 Negotiation Rooms

Negotiation rooms ranging from 19 to 36 sq. m are located in the lobby area and equipped with sensor screen, telephone communication and high-speed Wi-Fi internet acces.

Banquet halls

We invite you to visit our banquet halls, where you plunge into the atmosphere of hospitality and excellent service. In order to hold event you can choose one of our banquet halls: Kyiv (18 people), Predslava (80 people) or Pechersk (20 people); each of them is decorated in its unique style. The luxurious interior of the European hall will adds solemnity to any festive occasion - wedding, anniversary, corporate parties. Thanks to the soundproofing partitions in the hall it is possible to hold the celebrations in the most convenient format. Hall is designed up to 400 people.
